FGM; how healthcare professionals from affected communities are supported

Astrid Fairclough, an NHS programme director from Swanage, Dorset, travelled to Kenya, Egypt, Sierra Leone and Australia to learn how the End FGM projects are being sustained and embedded, especially considered how health professionals involved in the work are being supported to do this. She will share her findings with healthcare leaders and others involved in leading the End FGM work in the UK.
